About the Role:

Conlang International is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data, generating insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This position involves working closely with Conlang Predict and Conlang Insights platforms to support business intelligence and predictive analytics projects for clients across multiple industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.

  • Generate reports and visualizations using BI tools like Conlang Insights and other data visualization platforms.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Build and maintain data models to support predictive analytics using tools like Conlang Predict.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and contribute to the improvement of business processes.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or business intelligence sector.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a simple, clear way. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Tech Intern

Position Available

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: 10,000-15,000 INR

 

About the Role: Conlang International is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Tech Intern. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, and data analytics, as well as opportunities to work with our innovative platforms such as Conlang Insights and Conlang Chain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications and platforms.

  • Support the tech team in implementing and maintaining Conlang International's AI, blockchain, and BI solutions.

  • Work on debugging, fixing bugs, and improving software performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Document development processes and code. Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Familiarity with databases, cloud services, and web development.

  • Understanding of AI, blockchain, or data analytics is a plus.

Startup Consultant

About the Role:
 

At ICGC (India Companies Growth Club), we work at the intersection of startups, policy, and growth. As a Startup Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for entrepreneurs navigating government schemes, certifications, and funding opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, guiding founders, and making complex policies simple and actionable. You will work directly with early-stage startups, helping them secure recognition (DPIIT, Startup India Certificate), funding (grants & debt), and build compliance readiness (MSME, DSC, authorisation letters).

You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening India’s startup ecosystem by empowering founders with knowledge, confidence, and access to resources that drive growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide startups on government schemes & certifications (e.g., Startup India Certificate, DPIIT Recognition, MSME, SISFS, iCreate Pro-Fund, etc.)

  • Assess startup eligibility and provide end-to-end consultancy support — from application drafting, documentation, to submission.

  • Support clients with legal & compliance paperwork (authorisation letters, DSC, corporate emails, etc.).

  • Advise on funding opportunities (grants, debt, incubation support) and connect startups with the right incubators.

  • Conduct research & policy tracking to stay updated on the latest government incentives, funding schemes, and startup laws.

  • Prepare guides, templates, and reports for clients to simplify complex processes.

  • Collaborate with the ICGC team to ensure client success, milestone tracking, and retention.

  • Deliver workshops / one-on-one sessions for startups on schemes, funding, and compliance.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or Public Policy.

  • 2–5 years experience in consulting, incubation centres, accelerators, or startup advisory roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Startup India ecosystem, DPIIT guidelines, MSME regulations, and government funding schemes.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex government processes for entrepreneurs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with compliance portals is a plus.

Business Development Manager

ICGC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can be the face of our consultancy to the startup ecosystem. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships, onboard startups, and expand ICGC’s reach across India and beyond.

You’ll engage with incubators, accelerators, investors, and government bodies to create opportunities for startups and drive revenue growth for ICGC. If you’re passionate about networking, building win-win relationships, and scaling impact, this role is for you.

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll help position ICGC as the most trusted growth partner for startups, ensuring we’re always at the heart of India’s entrepreneurial journey.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard startups, incubators, accelerators, and investors into ICGC’s network.

  • Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies, chambers of commerce, government departments, and corporate stakeholders.

  • Generate leads, pitch ICGC’s consultancy services, and close client engagements.

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for expanding ICGC’s reach in India and globally.

  • Collaborate with the Startup Consultant team to deliver tailored solutions for client startups.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and funding landscape to refine business strategies.

  • Represent ICGC at startup events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility.

  • Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and MoUs for prospective clients and partners.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–6 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or corporate relations (preferably in startup ecosystem / consulting).

  • Strong network in the startup ecosystem (incubators, VCs, angel networks, industry bodies).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and networking.
